Check in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Early check in or late check out may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed. A fee may be applied to your reservation.   

We welcome group reservations but ask that you have all members confirm and pay their deposit in order to hold a room or RV site. A group reservation is defined as 6 or more rooms or rv sites. Groups require 1st night paid in full for each room or site. Cancellations must be made 30 or more days prior to 2pm on check in day. Failing to cancel prior to 30 days will forfeit the deposit for the cancelled room or rooms. All group reservations are subject to management approval.

Cancellations:
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to 2pm check in on expected arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 1 nights stay plus tax to card on file. Any cancellation made after 2pm on arrival day or any guest failing to show for reservation with no cancellation phone call will be charged in full for the entire reservation. No refunds for early departure.  

Event Weekend Reservations and Cancellations:
Event weekends include but are not limited to Mackay Rodeo (June-Fathers Day Weekend), Motorcycle Rodeo (1st weekend in July), and Mackay Days BBQ (3rd weekend September). Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the stay will be charged in full for the entire stay plus applicable tax.

Extra Vehicles: For extra vehicle parking, please see management. No parking in vacant RV Spaces or 2 vehicles in front of a room. We have limited extra parking spaces so please consider consolidating vehicles when possible.

Office hours - November through April 8:00am to 9:00pm. May through October 8:00am to 10:00pm Quiet hours – 10:00pm to 8:00am. Laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day. Please turn off light and close door if using after office hours. Anyone causing a disturbance or violating park rules will be asked to leave immediately. NO refunds. No vehicle washing on premises. While Mackay is a hunting and fishing community, please clean and dispose of remains off of property. Guests are responsible for damage to property. No rugs, tarps, tents etc. permitted on grass areas. No vehicles on grass areas. Speed limit is 5 MPH. Children must be supervised.     
                                                                                           
Dogs:
All dogs must be leashed and under control of an adult. Dogs are not to be left unattended. Please clean up after your dogs.

Motel rooms:
Rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people per bed. For safety purposes, cots, air mattresses or other sleeping surfaces are not allowed, with the exception of a portable crib. Please let us know if additional coffee, towels or toiletries are needed. Leave key in room on day of departure. 
Motel rooms and Cabins are non-smoking. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for any smoking in a room. Rooms with kitchens - Dishes are provided for your convenience. Please wash dishes prior to checkout. 

RV Sites:
No generators allowed.
No tents, car camping or utility trailer camping allowed.
Sewers must be sealed with donut or other approved devices.
Propane fire rings are allowed.
All RVs must arrive before dark.
No homemade RVs. RV's must be certified. Only motorhomes, travel trailers, truck campers and 5th wheels allowed.

This property is privately owned. The guest accepts use privileges with the understanding that she/he does hereby release the facility, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to her/his person arising out of use of the facility, and agrees to indemnify the facility, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered guest arising out of the use of the facilities.
